Fresh Salsas

Our salsas verdes are all handcrafted and made in small batches (like really good tequila, lol), so they may vary slightly from batch to batch. But the following varieties are available. Salsa Verde | Mild

Tomatillos are the base for any salsa verde. To create our mild salsa, we use add de-seeded jalapeño peppers, avocado, onion, garlic, and a special spice blend with a little salt and pepper to create an exciting mild salsa. It may be mild, but it is definite packed with flavor.

Salsa Verde | Medium

It’s kind of hard to call our medium, medium because it is packed with flavor and carries a kick. We take our tomatillos, avocados, onions, garlic and spice mix and add a blend of peppers including serranos and jalapeños. The secret to a good salsa with a kick is serrano peppers. This salsa is fierce!!

Salsa Verde | Spicy

We like to say that our spicy/picante salsa is “picante como tu” – spicy like you! We take our zesty, medium salsa with a kick and amp it up with habanero peppers, the pepper is completely reworked to create a salsa that would make the “hot-heads” proud.
